Dear Colleagues,
The last quarter has been a difficult one for all of us. The conflict in West Asia created uncertainty, disrupted travel plans and impacted our business in ways beyond our control. In an industry like ours, where confidence and freedom to travel are so important, such events test not only our performance but also our resilience. What defines an organization is not whether it faces difficult times. It is how it responds to them, and I think we all did well!
Over the past few months, I have seen teams come together, respond quickly to customers, support one another, and keep moving forward despite the challenges around us. For that, I sincerely want to thank every one of you.
As we emerge from this difficult quarter, our focus must shift towards the future. The environment is improving; customer confidence is returning and the opportunities ahead of us remain significant. This is the time to put the disruptions behind us – not to forget the lessons, but to build on them. We need to regain momentum, sharpen our focus on customers, accelerate growth, and execute with speed and discipline.
Thank you for your resilience, hard work, commitment and your belief in our strengths. The road ahead is ours to shape – and I am confident that together we, will emerge stronger.
