SOTC Travel has taken another significant step in expanding its business events portfolio with the launch of its dedicated Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) & Exhibitions Division<\/strong>. Building on our well-established expertise in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE), the new division marks a strategic evolution of our capabilities, enabling us to deliver specialized, end-to-end conference, association and exhibition management solutions.<\/p>\n

The launch comes at a time when India’s business events industry is experiencing strong momentum. Investments in world-class convention infrastructure, increasing interest from international associations, and the rapid growth of sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, technology, BFSI and manufacturing are driving demand for professionally managed conferences and exhibitions. Government initiatives like Meet in India<\/em><\/strong> and the National Strategy for the MICE Industry<\/em><\/strong> are further strengthening India’s position as a preferred destination for global business events.<\/p>\n

Recognizing these evolving opportunities, SOTC’s dedicated PCO & Exhibitions Division has been designed to offer clients a comprehensive, single-window solution backed by our robust travel ecosystem and decades of expertise in managing business events.<\/p>\n

The division will provide a full spectrum of conference management services, including delegate registration and attendee management, speaker and faculty coordination, abstract and poster management, sponsorship and exhibition management, venue sourcing, travel and accommodation, visa facilitation, event technology solutions, hybrid and virtual event management, and seamless on-ground execution.<\/p>\n

Initially, the division will focus on key sectors such as healthcare and medical sciences, pharmaceuticals, technology, BFSI, manufacturing, industry associations, education and research institutions, and public-sector organizations. Operations will be centered across priority markets including Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata.<\/p>\n
