2022 was a milestone year for many reasons, one of the biggest being that Desert Adventures Tourism marked its 25th<\/sup> year of operation. However, the biggest achievement by far was the fact that the entire Desert Adventures group across UAE, Oman and Jordan recorded the highest revenue earnings ever as we crossed USD 100 million. While we experienced unprecedent demand from all our source markets, it was the willingness of the entire team to step up and put in the extra effort to not only meet the demand but also ensure our quality of service delivery never dipped. We saw various segments from luxury travel to large incentive groups boom during the year, which has led to our success.<\/p>\n

However, one of the biggest and most surprising reasons for our success is because of the contributions made by the CIS team. Despite the adversities we faced with the market, our CIS team was able to sign a record number of clients from the market and drive production throughout the year, which contributed close to 30% of our total revenue.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>We also saw incredible growth from the UK and LATAM market, and see these markets growing to even greater heights in 2023. Our overall production as a company was so high, we ended the year as a top 3 producer for the biggest and most luxurious hotels and resorts in the UAE.<\/p>\n

In an internal message to the team, our CEO, Peter Payet,\u00a0 mentioned, \u201cI am extremely proud of what we have achieved together, and I commend every single one of you for the hard work you have put in to make this year successful. Nevertheless, we cannot take our foot off the gas, because staying competitive in 2023 requires us to be\u00a0 even better. To maintain our growth trajectory next year and face any future threats and challenges that can disrupt our business, we will need to be vigilant with our costs, invest in areas that add significant value to our services, develop further efficiencies to all our processes, and stay creative.\u201d.<\/p>\n
