In December 2021, our Managing Director Madhavan Menon<\/strong> travelled to some branches, post Covid, after a gap of almost 1 \u00bd years.\u00a0The visits were purely to meet all the staff, and visit\u00a0our TCIL\/SOTC\/TCI-Sita offices.<\/p>\n

A visit from the Managing Director is always and anticipated occasion, and after this long , unavoidable gap, it was even more so!\u00a0 There was an air of anticipation and excitement at the thought of meeting Madhavan again in person.\u00a0 \u00a0Needless to add, it\u00a0 made our MD equally happy to meet so many of his team in person after so long. It certainly boosted the morale of the staff, and gave a warm feeling of\u00a0 ‘normalcy’ again!<\/p>\n
