On 26th June 2026, we hosted the second edition of WOW – Unscripted (Women of Will)—a platform that celebrates authentic leadership conversations and reinforces our culture of learning, inclusion, and shared growth.
At TCGC, we believe people grow when they learn from one another. WOW Unscripted embodies this belief by bringing together inspiring leaders who openly share their experiences, lessons, and leadership journeys.
The session featured Monisha Dewan – Vice President Sales & Distribution, South Asia at Marriott International, whose candid and relatable storytelling made for an engaging and thought-provoking conversation. Speaking with honesty and authenticity, Monisha reflected on her leadership journey, sharing valuable insights on embracing change, overcoming challenges, building resilience, and leading with purpose. Her practical examples and real-life experiences struck a chord with the audience, making the session both inspiring and easy to connect with.
