The award ceremony was organized by the Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum Trust as part of the Sawai Jaipur Awards, commemorating the birth anniversary of Brigadier His Highness Maharaja Sawai Bhawani Singh, MVC, of Jaipur. The event took place at the historic City Palace in Jaipur on October 22, 2025.
