Teamwork, milestones, blue shirts, and big energy — last week’s townhall was a mix of reflection, recognition, and a rally for the months ahead. Our CEO Peter Payet and COO Samir Mehta kicked things off with a look back at Q1, celebrating key wins while keeping us focused on the road ahead. We celebrated March and April birthdays, welcomed our new joiners, and gave a well-deserved shoutout to our top performers in Reservations.
And as we draw inspiration from Earth Day this April, we sported the calming color blue — a nod to trust, peace, and unity. It’s a symbol of the energy we want to carry forward, not just for the planet, but for how we work together. Additionally, our HR Team brought in an important reminder to go greener — starting with reducing our use of plastic bottles. Small change, big impact.
The celebration wrapped up with a belated Eid gathering — a moment to connect, reflect, and appreciate the people that make Desert Adventures what it is.
