TCGC Partner’s Meet 2025: Celebrating Inspired Partnerships

The Thomas Cook India headquarters in Mumbai was abuzz with energy as it played host to the TCGC Partner’s Meet 2025—a vibrant celebration of collaboration and shared purpose. Designed to honour the integral role of our vendor partners in shaping the talent acquisition journey of Thomas Cook India and SOTC, the event also marked the beginning of a purposeful journey to position TCGC as an employer of choice in the travel and tourism industry.

The gathering brought together our most trusted recruitment partners—those who have consistently supported our evolving hiring needs with agility, insight, and dedication. More than just a meeting, the day was designed to deepen connections, align on strategic priorities, and honour the unwavering partnership that underpins our talent strategy.

The event began with a warm welcome and context-setting address by  Deepti Sheth, Sr. Vice President & Head – HR, SOTC Travel, who articulated the vision of building a compelling employer brand and a seamless hiring experience. The subsequent roundtable discussion was rich with insight and collaboration, covering:

  • An overview of Thomas Cook and recent leadership transitions
  • Hiring outlook for 2025–26
  • Emerging recruitment trends in the travel sector
  • Enhancing the candidate experience
  • Reducing hiring turnaround time
  • Creating a transparent and high-impact hiring process

These conversations underscored the collective commitment to continuous improvement, and the importance of designing a candidate-centric experience that reflects TCGC’s values and aspirations.

One of the most memorable moments was the recognition of partners for their exceptional contribution. The celebratory cake-cutting, themed “Inspired Partnerships” symbolised the spirit of collaboration and shared success that fuels our hiring momentum.

The event concluded with informal networking over high tea, leaving attendees energised and aligned on a common goal: to elevate TCGC’s employer brand and build a talent engine that drives future growth.

The TCGC Partner’s Meet 2025 was not just a celebration—it was a strategic milestone in our journey to becoming an employer of choice.
