This year’s Roll of Honor – Performers Meet brought well-deserved recognition to our top achievers, set against the sunlit shores of Phuket, Thailand. This annual celebration applauds employees who earned the coveted Exceptional Rating 6 in the 2024 appraisal cycle—a true mark of excellence.
An impressive 191 performers from across our entities which included—Thomas Cook India Ltd., SOTC Travels Ltd., Travel Corporation India, TCI Go Vacations, Thomas Cook (Mauritius) Operations Co. Ltd., and Sita World Travel Nepal Pvt. Ltd.—were honoured for their stellar contributions. Their dedication and passion continue to inspire colleagues and fuel our organization’s growth.
The celebration was as vibrant as the destination itself. From kayaking through hidden lagoons, hiking up to the iconic Big Buddha, and snorkeling in crystal-clear waters off Coral Island, to the spectacular Siam Niramit Phuket Show—every experience was a reminder that hard work truly deserves joyful rewards.
The pinnacle of the event was the Gala Awards Night, where Managing Directors Vishal Suri and Dipak Deva, together with Mona Cheriyan, President & Group Head – Human Resources, and Deepti Sheth, Senior Vice President & Head – Human Resources (SOTC), presented the prestigious Roll of Honour trophies. The evening was filled with pride, applause, and a heartfelt celebration of our best.
