Vice President – Secretarial & Legal
A seasoned legal strategist with 19+ years of experience, Akhil brings strong expertise in compliance and corporate governance. A law graduate from Symbiosis, Pune, he has served in leadership roles at Manipal Cigna Health Insurance and SBI General Insurance.

Pradnya Umaji Manwar
Vice President – Information Security (CISO)
Pradnya joins us with 25+ years of cybersecurity and governance leadership. She holds an MCA and has completed the Senior Leadership Program at IIM Lucknow. Her impressive career includes key positions at JP Morgan Chase, Great Eastern Shipping, Wipro, and Sutherland.
