As a part of providing gender-inclusive amenities and facilities in the organisation we have now installed sanitary napkin machines in all washrooms at the Gurgaon office.
The machine is equipped with sanitary napkins which are sustainably made from 100% cotton with no harsh chemicals or parabens.
The automatic machines which work at a press of a button are available at no additional cost for employees.
Menstrual hygiene directly supports the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Also ensures gender equality which is one of our key focus areas as well. It ensures access to sanitary products for all menstruating employees, and promotes a gender-inclusive workplace.
Employee wellbeing remains critical to the organisation’s growth and in the coming months we will take this project across offices in phases.
