In mid-October 2025, our Australia DMC team successfully handled a large-scale incentive programme for AIA Hong Kong, showcasing our capability to deliver seamless experiences even at significant scale.
The overall group comprised approximately 700 delegates, with the main programme centred in Sydney. Following this, a VIP segment of around 25 guests continued their journey to Melbourne, with arrangements carefully curated and managed by ATM.
The Melbourne programme offered a well-balanced mix of iconic experiences and refined leisure. Highlights included a visit to the much-loved Puffing Billy Railway, a scenic exploration of the Yarra Valley, and curated lunch and dinner experiences across Melbourne’s CBD, allowing guests to experience the city’s vibrant culinary and cultural scene.
This VIP extension reflected the importance of thoughtful pacing, attention to detail, and premium service delivery — ensuring that senior guests enjoyed a personalised and memorable continuation of their Australian incentive journey.
