Business Meets the Fairway: Thomas Cook India & SOTC Tee Off for Corporate Networking

Business Meets the Fairway!

Reinforcing their leadership in India’s rapidly expanding business travel sector, Thomas Cook (India) Limited, and  SOTC Travel took centre stage as proud team owners at the 3rd edition of the DLF Corporate Golf League 2025, held at the prestigious DLF Golf & Country Club, Gurugram.

According to the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), India ranks fourth globally in business travel spending, and is projected to reach USD 1.57 trillion by the end of 2025. At the same time, golf has evolved into a strategic pillar of global tourism, with countries like Japan, South Korea, Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam leveraging the sport to attract high-value travellers, and boost premium tourism.

Recognising this powerful synergy between business and sport, Thomas Cook India and SOTC brought together two worlds—corporate networking and golf—through a unique experience that extended well beyond the course.

 An Evening Under the Stars

As part of their participation, the companies hosted an exclusive soirée aptly titled “An Evening Under the Stars.” The event gathered senior corporate leaders and marquee clients from across industries for a memorable evening of networking, insights and camaraderie.

Set against the timeless greens of the DLF Golf & Country Club, guests enjoyed a seamless blend of sport, strategy and social connection—complete with gourmet cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and thought-provoking conversations.
