Thomas Cook India has added WhatsApp Calling support for its forex prepaid card customers, taking customer service a step further. Travellers can now speak directly to Thomas Cook’s forex specialists via WhatsApp voice calls on +91 8879142236 — the same number used for its popular WhatsApp Bot services.
The new feature is built into the existing Forex WhatsApp Bot, which already lets users check balances, download statements, generate PINs, and manage card limits. With the addition of voice calling, customers can now get real-time, human support from anywhere in the world—without needing local SIM cards or toll-free numbers.
