On the 25th of July, we gathered for a combined June-July Town Hall, taking time to reflect on where we stand, what we’re navigating, and how we continue to come together as a team.
Our CEO,Peter Payet, and COO, Samir Mehta, led with an honest look at the current complexities in the region. However, they both reminded us that while these situations are not ideal, we remain agile and optimistic about the opportunities. We had plenty to celebrate too, including welcoming two new faces to the Desert Adventures family -Bethel Faith Vito and Elvira Sharipova, and celebrating our June and July birthday stars.
Since no DMC team event is complete without some friendly competition, laser tag made a comeback this month. We are proud of the culture we are building, one where challenges are met with clarity, and team spirit means celebrating wins, occasionally with lasers!
