From Pilot to Powerhouse: The Journey of RISE
Here’s another feather in our cap! Following the successful pilot of our Management Development Program (MDP) for Emerging Leaders at the Manager and Senior Manager levels in December 2024, we are proud to announce the completion of the very first batch of RISE in 2025, and another in July 2025. Even better, given the overwhelming response and the growing size of this leadership cohort, the program will now be held twice a year.
Taking on board feedback from our pilot participants—especially the call for a more immersive experience—we extended the program from 3 to 5 days. This enhancement significantly enriched the learning journey for the 45 high-potential participants across all business entities. The atmosphere was electric: high engagement, collaboration, and peer learning created a dynamic and inspiring environment throughout.
A special mention goes to our keynote speakers—Ram Kenkare, Mona Cheriyan, Suhas Shetty, Amit Baraskar, Swapnil Sawant, and Sapna Sharda—whose insightful contributions and authentic engagement brought real-world relevance, elevating the overall impact of the program. Most importantly, it was clear that the initiative truly resonated with our emerging leaders. Mission accomplished!
With this momentum, the HR team is energised to keep nurturing our leadership pipeline through meaningful development experiences.
