Members from various departments undergo a 5-day in-house training session which is followed by a two-week-long study tour.
During the study tour, the participants travel to various parts of a particular destination, to experience firsthand what they have been taught in the in-house session.
This year BTKG’s Destination in Focus is Madhya Pradesh.
