We are pleased to announce an important leadership realignment within the Corporate & Business Travel (CTBT) business at Thomas Cook and SOTC, effective immediately. This strategic restructure reflects our continued commitment to excellence, innovation, and operational agility as we navigate a dynamic global travel environment.
Below is an overview of the new leadership structure:
Vikram Nanda – Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts, Credit, Quality & Audits
Vikram, previously heading Operations, assumes an expanded mandate overseeing Strategic Accounts, Credit, Quality, and Audits. In this new role, he will lead the Key Account Management team, while regional managers continue to manage non-strategic accounts. Supporting him in this enhanced portfolio are Ashish Sahnan (Credit Control) and Pranay Sood (Governance, MIS & Audits). Vikram’s strategic acumen and cross-functional expertise position him well to drive performance and governance across critical functions.
Tausif Kazi – Head, Service Delivery – India
Tausif transitions from his previous role in Credit Control to now lead Service Delivery across India. His focus will include operational efficiency, business transformation, and ensuring best-in-class customer experience. Reporting to him will be the following regional and functional heads:
Tabeesh Mistry (West), Divesh Chadha (North), Anil Giri (South), Karimuz Zaman (East), Kripa Shah (Gujarat), Hilton Peters (TCS), Johnson Menezes (Pune), Anil Verma (VISA), and Virgil Fernandez (Marine).
Prasad Shriyan – Vice President, Offshore, Hotel Business & Innovation
Prasad now leads our Offshore and Hotel Business verticals, with an added focus on Innovation. His role will centre around developing long-term, forward-looking strategies to elevate our service offerings and enhance business value.
Swapnil Sawant – Head, Global Enterprise Sales
Swapnil continues to lead Global Enterprise Sales, where his extensive experience and consistent performance have been instrumental in expanding our global footprint. His team remains focused on delivering high-impact solutions to our international clientele.
Jasneet Madan – Head, GDS, Global Implementation, NDC & Mastering
Jasneet continues to oversee GDS systems, Global Implementation, NDC, and Mastering. Her expertise in aligning complex systems and streamlining processes is crucial in supporting our global operations and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
Manish Negi – P&L Head, Global Mobility & Rail
Manish remains responsible for our Global Mobility business, and now additionally leads the Rail vertical. His portfolio encompasses all non-air transportation solutions, and he will continue to drive growth and efficiency across these segments.
All the above leaders will report directly to Indiver Rastogi – President & Group Head, Global Business Travel, who continues to provide strategic oversight and leadership to the CTBT business.
