MYHR can be accessed on your fingertips through mobile app. Most request workflows can be completed through the employee’s personal device instantly with necessary validations and features like Geo – Tagging for Attendance Log In & Log out has given the flexibility to the employees and managers on their mobile. The attendance module empowers managers to schedule rosters for their team members.

Vibe module is a unified platform where employees can connect, post and share updates on notice boards, much like a mini-Facebook. Configurable notice boards with properly defined permissions for accessibility, gives us, as an organisation, an assistance to maintain relevant repository of information of the employees.

Our vision is to grow MYHR to be the go-to “self-help” system of employees to address most of their transactional HR queries in future.
