This is a transformation journey which we have embarked on in 2019, and we will be seeing a few more processes being automated to match the vision of a digitized Shared Service Centre. The Bots have been named\u00a0 R2 &amp; RA.One for Credit Notes creation and Daily PAR Recon respectively. This means the processes are optimally automated and are being run by \u201cSoftware Robot\u201d,\u00a0 which are error free\u00a0 and have reduced TATs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A big shout out to our teams SSC F&amp;A (Sushan P, Anshul ,Priyanka Mesta, Rupali, Tejal, Macchindra ), and Credit Note operations team (Francis M,Bhavani, Ghanshyam, Vinayak), IT \u2013 Infrastructure Team (Swapnil Patkar, Bhushan Deosthali, Hemank Trivedi, Dipankar)\/ Application Team (Zahid, Sudhanshu, Prakash Kumar, Varsha Mane, Atif Khan) \/ SAP Team (Manish Patel, Paul Fernandes, Vinay Chauhan, Pravin), Local IT (Ashish) to name a few.\u00a0 Without them\u00a0this Go Live\u00a0wouldn&#8217;t have been possible<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is a path-breaking initiative for the Thomas Cook Group, and we will be among the first in the travel space to have this technology capability.<\/p>\n\r\n<a style=\"color: rgb(68,79,247);\" href=\"http:\/\/pulseonline.co\/index.php\/archive-edition-12019\/\">Home<\/a>\r\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It gives us immense pleasure to announce the launch of the first two\u00a0Bots under the \u201cProject Infinity- Robotics Process Automation\u201d which is being implemented at the Shared Services center.
