In the interactive sessions, the Tour Mangers discussed the changes they see in their role and SOTC\u2019s expectations of its Tour Managers. Through intense sessions, Tour Managers were given guidance in customer dealing and building interpersonal connections with their customers. An insightful session on ways to understand how to createa lifetime experience for your customer was driven by the L&amp;D Team.
