This was followed by a breast screening technique demonstration by a visually impaired specialist from the Nab India Centre.\u00a0 This was really informative and meaningful for us.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After all that important information, it was time for some lighthearted, yet healthy activity.\u00a0 So all the ladies let off steam\u00a0with a vigorous Zumba session with a trained instructor.\u00a0The day rounded off on a healthy note with nibbles and drinks like coconut water!
