On Friday 26 January, Private Safaris Southern Africa hosted a party to celebrate our recent office move. Although the physical relocation is just about 6 km as the crow flies, the shift in space signifies a far greater change in spirit! From the old to the new, the entrenched to the innovative, a Private Safaris 2.0, if you will!<\/span><\/p>\n

Afro jazz filled the air as barmen filled the glasses for staff and guests as they enjoyed canapes and catch-ups in the contemporary designed office. Big 5 stilt walkers were on the prowl, photo-bombing selfies and \u2018groupies\u2019, while face painters offered guests a colourful African flourish. Monika Luel, Private Safaris CEO for Southern Africa, addressed the crowd from under our centre-piece, a big green tree which rises from floor to ceiling. She thanked staff and suppliers for their support and friendship during our transformation process and spoke of the accomplishments that Private Safaris has already achieved, before looking to the year ahead.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s going to be a busy year\u201d she said, \u201cOur aggressive sales strategy is already paying dividends, and we anticipate many more reasons to celebrate in 2018\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our new office provides staff with a beautiful open-plan space that encourages a \u2018talk-to-me\u2019 culture. Three colour-coded meetings booths are ideal for impromptu interdepartmental huddles, and armchairs under the tree have become the perfect spot to have a coffee and a meeting with suppliers. Our move has not only benefited Private Safaris, in the process we have been able to assist with the furnishing of several NGO\u2019s, including the Amy Foundation, Oasis and the Chaeli Campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n

So if you\u2019re ever in Cape Town, pop in and meet us under the tree!<\/span><\/p>\n
