Something had to be done. We had to loosen up. How about an impromptu <strong>Flash Mob<\/strong>? A brilliant idea!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The brain-child of\u00a0 <strong>BT 2.0,\u00a0<\/strong> there was a sample session at Gurgaon, which was a hit. The idea was infectious and spread like wildfire across Thomas Cook India.\u00a0 Everyone wanted to be a part of it. Soon there was an Employee Engagement Committee&#8211; &#8220;Fun&#8217;d&#8217;mentals&#8221;&#8211; and before you knew it, the Flash Mob team, comprising of Team Business Travel 2.0, HR regional leaders and marketing SPOCs,\u00a0 had arranged it all.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It started with a selection of songs keeping every region in mind.\u00a0 The final songs were shared with everyone.\u00a0 HR spocs took nominations for the flash mob crew from every location.
