The program invites\u00a0a mix of students from across disciplines like management, technology, and liberal arts. Student groups visit Infosys campuses across the globe to learn more about technology-led business transformations and the power of emerging markets. Since its inception in 1999, \u00a0InStep alumni have grown to 1250. In 2013, 150 talented professionals were hired from 100 top universities for strategic projects.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Subbaiah and Vinoda successfully handled the travel logistics behind program Instep. Interacting with coordinators at Infosys, and Instep candidates across the globe, they have been meticulously arranging logistics, air ticket, meet & assist and accommodation etc. for approximately 150-200 candidates year upon year. With most candidates being first time travelers and having to report to top Infosys management, there was no window for even a single error.
