The training saw, for the first time, a spin on its format, with Senior Tour Managers from the team as well as the Product team conducting the training.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">About 115 Tour Managers across destinations were trained. Every destination was given the required focus. As the training was led by the Tour Managers it brought in a sense of ownership and accountability to make it work. The modules were very interactive with practically every single Tour Manager enthusiastically responding to questions and taking part in various discussions.
