<\/a><\/p>\nA new initiative called Find Out Fridays was introduced to bring about awareness amongst employees on the working of various systems and processes for employees. Under this initiative a call on one or two of the Fridays in a month has been initiated.<\/span><\/p>\n The call gives employees the opportunity to gain further insights into the processes and systems that work around the different benefits and HR Policies available to employees.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The first call of its kind happened in January and it took its participants through the Telephone reimbursement process at SOTC. 118 people participated on the call.
