Successful MD Forums were held across Mumbai (Nehru Center), Delhi (Hotel Pride), Chennai (Courtyard by Marriott) and Bangalore (The Lalit Ashok)<\/span><\/p>\n

The 2017 Managing Directors Forum for the month of March focused on SOTC\u2019s Vision 2017 and Group Policies. The leadership team comprising of Vishal Suri, Manoj Chacko, Brijesh Modi and Nishant Kolgaonkar shared their thoughts with the employees.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vishal Suri inaugurated the Forum with his address that highlighted various aspects including the Business Highlights of 2016, Performance within the Year, A 5 year Strategic plan on SOTC\u2019s plans for the future, and focus areas of the business for 2017. He brought to light the multiple opportunities for employees to see the long term sustainability with SOTC.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chairman Madhavan Menon addressed the employees at Mumbai on the Power of One! As a combined entity we are the largest travel player in South Asia, largest in the Indian subcontinent and now a family of brands who share the same values that make it easier to drive growth for the business.<\/span><\/p>\n

Manoj Chacko gave a synopsis of Business Travel’s turn-around projects for success. He spoke of the Centralisation of COE and its success story.<\/span><\/p>\n

Brijesh Modi emphasized\u00a0 the new free cash flow concept adopted by SOTC.\u00a0\u00a0 He took time to praise the finance team at SOTC, \u00a0and its work behind the scenes.\"Mumbai<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Nishant Kolgaonkar took the stage to interact with the employees on the HR policies of\u00a0the group. \u00a0He highlighted the banding and grading system, and explained the new policies now available to employees.<\/span><\/p>\n

The final session saw a Question and Answer round between the MC and the audience. The MC addressed the queries and suggestions posed by employees.<\/span><\/p>\n
