Mgr \u2013 \u00a0Sr. Mgr.), \u00a0from July \u00a017-22 , at the Mahindra Leadership University, Nasik<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000;\">MDP Level 1 (Dy. Mgr \u00a0\u2013 \u00a0Sr. Mgr.), from August 1-6, \u00a0at Sterling Villagio, Goa<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000;\">MDP Level 2 (Dy. General Mgr \u2013 Sr. General Mgr.), from August 21-26 at the Mahindra Leadership University, Nasik.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Each of these five-day residential learning\u00a0programmes, akin to mini MBA degrees, was packed with lectures, presentations and diverse learning activities \u2013 all designed to fulfill the objectives of\u00a0developing top talent in our company, promoting effective succession management and providing employees (across levels from Deputy Managers to Senior General Managers) with an understanding of subjects such as Business Management, Finance, HR, Strategy and Leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">To enhance learning effectiveness, the teaching methodology incorporated a classroom setting with lectures, case studies, role plays, group and individual work. \u00a0Distinguished external and internal faculty members conducted different MDP modules, as per their expertise and ability to deliver knowledge in their field. Live project work was assigned to participants for completion during the MDP and outbound setting and experiential\/adventure activities were incorporated, followed by a debriefing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">This year, new additions to the traditional methodology included Company leaders being\u00a0invited to share their experience, with each of these presentations being followed by a Q &amp; A session. In addition, post-lecture tests were conducted each day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">\u00a0The excitement-packed\u00a0Convocation Day for each MDP program was attended by MC and Execomm members. Participants made presentations based on what they had absorbed from these diverse learning inputs. Feedback has been collected from MDP participants and is being analysed by the HR team for future course planning and action.\u00a0Follow-up\u00a0is also being done on the Individual Development Plans that participants drew up. These plans are being shared with the line managers and individual follow-up sessions by L&amp;D are being organized.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><strong>Positive Feedback<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">\u201cThe MDP is an eye-opener. It is never too \u00a0late to do something. There were amazing faculty members and lots of inputs and knowledge.
