Republic Day: Capturing India Through Our Lens<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We kicked off the year by celebrating the Republic Day in a unique and interactive manner. Employees were invited to share photographs capturing moments from their travels across India\u2014a tribute to the beauty, diversity, and essence of our country. This initiative not only showcased incredible stories and landscapes, but also fostered a sense of national pride and cultural exchange among teams.<\/p>\n

Valentine\u2019s Day: Celebrating Bonds & Candid Moments<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

February brought with it the warmth of Valentine\u2019s Day. To make the occasion special, employees were encouraged to share candid reaction posts of their loved ones opening gifts. This activity was to \u00a0celebrate relationships\u2014partners, family, friends, and colleagues\u2014spreading positivity and affection throughout the organisation.<\/p>\n

Women\u2019s Day: A Multi\u2011City Celebration of Strength, Health & Expression<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Our Women\u2019s Day celebration was the highlight of the quarter, designed to celebrate the spirit and strength of women across the organisation. To make it inclusive and meaningful, we curated multiple activities spread across Corporate Offices.<\/p>\n

\u201cTake #2\u201d \u2013 Women Empowerment Video Series<\/span>
\n<\/strong><\/span>One of the most inspiring initiatives was \u201cTake #2,\u201d where employees from various businesses created short, impactful videos on women empowerment. We received heartfelt stories across business units. Allowing employees to take a pause, we showcased all the videos across all Corporate Offices, turning the initiative into a powerful collective experience. The support from employees in bringing this activity to life made it a standout success.<\/p>\n

A vibrant flea market was organized, allowing entrepreneurs outside the organisation to showcase their products.\u00a0 The stalls added colour, life, and energy to the workspace\u2014quickly becoming a crowd favourite among employees.<\/p>\n

Health Awareness Webinars \u2013 Under the \u201cBe Well\u201d Initiative<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Recognizing the importance of holistic well-being, a series of health awareness webinars were conducted under our \u201cBe Well\u201d initiative. These sessions were informative, engaging, and widely appreciated, empowering employees with knowledge to prioritize their physical and mental health.<\/p>\n

On\u2011Campus Health Check\u2011Ups
\n<\/strong><\/span>To complement the webinars, we also conducted health check-ups for employees, reinforcing our commitment to wellness and preventive healthcare.<\/p>\n

Women\u2019s Day Photo Booth
\n<\/strong><\/span>Adding a fun and memorable element to the celebrations, a specially curated photo booth allowed teams to capture moments together. It quickly became a hit\u2014filled with laughter, camaraderie, and vibrant pictures.<\/p>\n

A Quarter Marked by Participation & Positivity
\n<\/strong>What made all these initiatives truly special was the enthusiastic participation and support from employees across functions and locations. Each activity\u2014big or small\u2014was embraced with excitement, helping us build a workplace that values connection, creativity, and collective celebration.<\/p>\n
