Some of the multiple projects and assignments currently being worked upon are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align:justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Zero Based Budgeting Process<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Internal and Statutory Audits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Project Goals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000;\">New Accounting Standards (IndAS)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000;\">ERM (Enterprise Risk Management)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Compliance Tool Implementation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#000000;\">New Reporting Requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Finance function has also introduced \u2018Saksham\u2019 \u2013 an online based e-learning module \u2013 to the entire finance community. \u2018Saksham\u2019 which means \u2018Capable\u2019 ensures that learning never stops\u00a0 and helps users to stay updated and learn about different topics\/subjects, thereby building up diverse competencies. Through Saksham, Finance community members are sent a document featuring a different and challenging topic every month. Thereafter, an online test is conducted. So\u00a0far, two such tests have been conducted and the response has been overwhelming. The team is now gearing up to implement GST for SOTC India.
