This annual celebration applauds employees who earned the coveted<strong> <em>Exceptional Rating 6<\/em><\/strong> in the 2024 appraisal cycle\u2014a true mark of excellence.<\/p>\n<p>An impressive <strong>191 performers<\/strong> from across our entities which included\u2014Thomas Cook India Ltd., SOTC Travels Ltd., Travel Corporation India, TCI Go Vacations, Thomas Cook (Mauritius) Operations Co. Ltd., and Sita World Travel Nepal Pvt. Ltd.\u2014were honoured for their stellar contributions. Their dedication and passion continue to inspire colleagues and fuel our organization\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n<p>The celebration was as vibrant as the destination itself. From kayaking through hidden lagoons, hiking up to the iconic Big Buddha, and snorkeling in crystal-clear waters off Coral Island, to the spectacular Siam Niramit Phuket Show\u2014every experience was a reminder that hard work truly deserves joyful rewards.<\/p>\n<p>The pinnacle of the event was the <strong>Gala Awards Night<\/strong>, where Managing Directors <strong>Vishal Suri<\/strong> and <strong>Dipak Deva<\/strong>, together with <strong>Mona Cheriyan, President &amp; Group Head \u2013 Human Resources<\/strong>, and <strong>Deepti Sheth, Senior Vice President &amp; Head \u2013 Human Resources (SOTC)<\/strong>, presented the prestigious Roll of Honour trophies.
