From Pilot to Powerhouse: The Journey of RISE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Here\u2019s another feather in our cap! Following the successful pilot of our Management Development Program (MDP) for Emerging Leaders<\/strong> at the Manager and Senior Manager levels in December 2024, we are proud to announce the completion of the very first batch of RISE<\/strong> in 2025, and another in July 2025. Even better, given the overwhelming response and the growing size of this leadership cohort, the program will now be held twice a year.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Taking on board feedback from our pilot participants\u2014especially the call for a more immersive experience\u2014we extended the program from 3 to 5 days. This enhancement significantly enriched the learning journey for the 45 high-potential participants across all business entities<\/strong>. The atmosphere was electric: high engagement, collaboration, and peer learning created a dynamic and inspiring environment throughout.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>A special mention goes to our keynote speakers\u2014Ram Kenkare, Mona Cheriyan, Suhas Shetty, Amit Baraskar, Swapnil Sawant, and Sapna Sharda<\/strong>\u2014whose insightful contributions and authentic engagement brought real-world relevance, elevating the overall impact of the program. Most importantly, it was clear that the initiative truly resonated with our emerging leaders. Mission accomplished!\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n
