Thomas Cook (India) Ltd. played a very pivotal role for a prominent event, the Seventh Session of the International Solar Alliance (ISA) Assembly, <\/strong>which was held from 3rd<\/sup>-6th<\/sup> November 2024, at the Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.<\/p>\n

This prestigious global event brought together high-level dignitaries, including Shri Pralhad Joshi, India\u2019s Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy<\/strong>, and ministers<\/strong> and national focal points from 120 member and signatory countries<\/strong>, showcasing a strong commitment to international cooperation in advancing renewable energy solutions.<\/p>\n

The primary objective of the assembly was to enhance collaboration among member nations to drive solar energy adoption,<\/strong> and address critical global challenges related to energy access, sustainability, and climate change<\/strong>. Key discussions focused on fostering innovation, increasing investments in renewable energy projects, and promoting solar technology advancements to accelerate the transition to a sustainable future.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Thomas Cook<\/strong> India Ltd.<\/strong> was chosen to ensure that the event was organized smoothly and efficiently.\u00a0 It was a Herculean task, which involved coordinating with the ISA Secretarial Office, Registration Management, venue management, seating arrangement country-wise, not to mention also handling the VIP arrivals from the ceremonial lounge! In addition to this, we had to provide adequate audio-visual facilities, a special airport counter, and a site visit with the Police Protocol Officer.<\/p>\n

Attention was given to the minutest detail to ensure this mammoth task was executed perfectly, under the leadership of Raju Mane – Associate Vice President, MICE & Exhibitions . It meant involving 40 Tour Managers and 120 Liaison officers.<\/p>\n

It was a proud achievement for our Company!<\/p>\n
