\"\"<\/a>What an incredible beginning to the RISE programme, our residential MDP designed for Managers and Senior Managers. This was the second MDP of the year, following the first held in July 2024 for Deputy General Managers and General Managers.<\/p>\n

This time it was a privilege engaging with a dynamic group of 50 Managers\u00a0 and Sr. Managers across TCIL, SOTC & TCT, all eager to learn and completely immerse themselves in the experience. The programme featured a blend of hands-on classroom training, inspiring keynotes from our senior leaders, high-energy simulations, and interactive activities. The venue, Kautilya Leadership Centre, sprawling amidst nature, further enhanced the overall experience, creating a truly engaging and impactful event.<\/p>\n
