The MD\u2019s Forum was introduced in 2013 to enhance communication and collaboration within the organization and to foster open communication between the Management and employees. It covers interaction with the MD, MC, DLT and Regional Leadership Teams. It also focuses on connecting with Fellowship Award Achievers and Key Performers and recognizes team members who went the extra mile in offering customer service.<\/span><\/p>\n In June and July 2016, such MD’s Forums were held in Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi. Among the speakers were: Vishal Suri, MD , SOTC who focused on V2 UCA \u2013 the current environment and the Accenture project and urged the team at SOTC to stay focused; Manoj Chacko, CEO-Business Travel who highlighted the\u00a0 Business Travel team’s exceptionally strong sales wins and key initiatives; Madhavan Menon, Chairman & MD, TC who spoke about the TC Group being a powerful family with a strong governance and mentioned Fairfax’s\u00a0 8- point value system;\u00a0 Brijesh Modi, Head – Finance & Commercial who\u00a0 focused on the many opportunities available, Macro and Micro economic issues impacting the company, the Saksham learning\u00a0 initiative and financial updates; and Nishant Kolgaonkar,\u00a0 Head- HR, SOTC who traced the evolution of\u00a0 HR at SOTC and spoke about recent HR initiatives.\u00a0 At each forum, 10-13 speakers in the High Performers category highlighted their extra efforts towards ensuring customer satisfaction.
