It began with Daniel D\u2019Souza addressing the team and outlining his thoughts and plans for 2017. Thereafter, Zarine Mathias from the Training and Development team conducted a session titled &#8216;Roti, Kapada &amp; Makkan&#8217;, which helped to promote<span class=\"morecontent\"> bonding among the team members and to highlight their skills.The following day witnessed system training on FRAME 2.0 \u2013 the service module. There was also an interactive session with the Accounts &amp; Finance team members, who shared insights on this new development. Finally, the Service Leads held a discussion which showcased their thoughts for the down line staff and traced the path towards growth and progress.
