Research indicates that 1 in 3 employees feels less connected to company culture and co-workers , due to the increasing prevalence of remote work, because of the Covid pandemic. Whether remote or on-site, all employees desire connection and appreciation.. While remote work can remove some of the connection\u00a0that our teams rely on, we feel it is important to provide recognition to our entire staff so they feel constantly acknowledged and appreciated, giving them a sense of belonging. Here is a list of those who did yeoman\u00a0 work, excelled in their\u00a0respective roles and and kept the Thomas Cook banner flying.\u00a0 Their hard work\u00a0 has been rewarded with a promotion. Congratulations to every one of you.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

“We witnessed one of the most difficult business conditions for the travel industry during the year 2020. It was a very challenging year for survival of the Company. Even as we worked from home for most part of the year, the contributions of our employees to the Company have helped us tide over the difficult time. We would also like to acknowledge the contributions of your family members who played an important role in ensuring that you gave your best to the Company.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
