The Jalandhar Branch of Thomas Cook\u00a0has been dedicatedly serving customers for the last 20 years. \u00a0This was, indeed, a cause for celebration!<\/span><\/p>\n We initiated the event on the third day of \u00a0Navaratra with\u00a0a pooja on the\u00a0office Premises after which the team posed for some happy\u00a0 group photos! We decided to reach out to our customers in \u00a0various ways to include them too in the joyous event, via newspaper insertions \/\u00a0 e-mails\/ messages, \u00a0and \u00a0were encouraged by the \u00a0good response \u00a0and appreciation we received. We felicitated\u00a0them\u00a0and greeted them with gifts, much to their surprise and delight!<\/span><\/p>\n The\u00a0branch came into existence in April 1996, and has witnessed\u00a0many ‘change of seasons’, \u00a0but has always maintained high standards of service and raised the bar in the zone.<\/span><\/p>\n A brief History of Jalandhar:\u00a0The\u00a0name\u00a0of the city is derived from the vernacular term ‘Jalandhar’ which means ‘area under the water’ i.e. the tract lying between the two rivers Sutlej and Beas. \u00a0Jalandhar was part of the Indus Valley Civilization and is located in the Doaba Region northwest of Punjab State which is the oldest in Punjab.
