The important night where staff and associates come from all across the globe to meet under one roof.\u00a0 It is the Annual Awards Night– full\u00a0of\u00a0glitz, glamour and glory. The night everyone looks forward to with great anticipation.<\/p>\n
This year’s\u00a0event was held at the iconic Rajmahal Theatre in Bollywood Parks, Dubai — a venue steeped in grandeur, providing\u00a0the perfect ambiance\u00a0for the activities that followed. It opened with a mesmerizing performance by a dance troupe\u00a0whose energy levels were higher than a pulsating electron! Just when you thought nothing could match that liveliness, K S Ramakrishnan, our CEO and Founder, stepped onto the stage and set the Awards ball rolling. The excitement mounted as the most deserving Guest Associates, Team leaders, Site Managers and Area Managers from around the world, were recognized and\u00a0felicitated.<\/p>\n
This year was also special\u00a0for those who had spent more than 5 years with DEI, and constantly raised the bar with their performances–the DEI Anchors. A special token of appreciation, along with a heartfelt reward was handed out to each of them.\u00a0 The stage show\u00a0 concluded with a raffle draw, where chits were picked from a bowl, the collective breath of the audience was\u00a0held each time a name was called out, and the suspense was palpable! Instant cash prizes were distributed to the lucky ones.<\/p>\n
The evening\u00a0rounded off \u00a0with a scrumptious meal,\u00a0 followed by\u00a0 roof-raising, foot- tapping activity on the floor to the energetic beats of the DJ.\u00a0 The merriment continued late into the night,\u00a0 and only ended with the promise that all would meet again the following year to celebrate on an even grander scale.<\/p>\n
