Reflect \u2013 Leadership Training 2K19<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The beautiful city of Chandigarh was the venue for 3 days for the special Reflect Leadership Training 2K19<\/strong> programme organised by BT2.0 for the leaders of Thomas Cook, SOTC and TC Travel.<\/p>\n

The sessions were filled with inspiring\u00a0speeches, exciting performances, thought\u2013provoking panels. and they gave the participants\u00a0a chance to meet some amazing people.<\/p>\n

The Event was themed Reflect – #Lookback #Bethechange . The event was kickstarted with\u00a0stimulating\u00a0Punjabi energy, with people doing Bhangra\u00a0to the music of the Dhol! Phulkari dupattas\u00a0 presented to all as a welcome garland were a colourful ethnic gesture. The experience was beautifully crafted with a perfect mix of team building, knowledge and fun-filled sessions.\u00a0 The Leadership Meet was inaugurated with Indiver Rastogi\u2019s enthusiastic address. This was followed by the energetic HAKA performances by all four teams which set the tone of the event.\u00a0 On the following day, Mahesh Iyer, Vishal Suri and\u00a0Amit Madam shared their vision\u00a0and their expectations with the team.\u00a0 During the day, presentations from British Airways, Sabre and Amadeus were conducted, but the added bonus was the presentation on enhancing the future of customer services from our esteemed Client Ricky Bindra – Group Senior Vice President\u00a0– Enterprise Business Head and Group Head Corporate Services. \u00a0While the morning slot\u00a0was for knowledge sessions, the evenings\u00a0were for team connect and fun. Good food, drinks and awesome music was all that was needed to make it into a special event. The Event Finale was full of entertainment with in-house performances of employees in singing, dancing and ramp walking. As a\u00a0memento\u00a0 the employees were given a handcrafted canvas, to remember this happy and memorable event. The colourful pictures say it all!<\/p>\n

Holi is a festival of colours which shower joy and bring cheerfulness, happiness and enthusiasm. This year BT2.0 decided to do something even more colorful.. something different.\u00a0 Holigraphy \u2013 Go Explore\u00a0cards were sent by BT2.0 to all Pan India employees of Thomas Cook, SOTC and TC Travel where employees could click their Holi Selfie and paste\u00a0them on the Photo Cards.\u00a0 Apart from Holi gifting, numerous other fun activities were conducted at the\u00a0 Marathon\u00a0and GGN locations.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s your birthday\u2026 Let\u2019s celebrate!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Birthday is a time for celebration\u00a0and we all know that celebrations are incomplete without family. This year Business Travel 2.0 has taken the initiative of celebrating\u00a0the birthdays of employees. Monthly employee birthdays are celebrated at Marathon and the Gurgaon office. All the employees come together for the celebration and also enjoy some delicious cake.<\/p>\n

Say it with a Post it!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Where there is a woman there is magic. So this Women\u2019s day it was time to celebrate the essence of womanhood.
\n\u201cSay it with a post it\u201d was the theme for the employees for this year women\u2019s day. All Managers \/ male employees (Pan India) were asked to gift a chocolate to their female colleague along with a handwritten thank-you note on a post it.<\/p>\n

While BT2.0 was making female employees feel special, we did not forget our female customers either. All female customers across all locations were given a Happy Women’s Day card with a personalized message handwritten by the respective Operation Manager \/ Client Manager. BT2.0 All Hands Meet \u2013 A Learning & funfulfilled Experience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The idea of All Hands Meet was shared with the Business Travel team leaders of SOTC since now they are a part of the BT2.0 family. Just like Thomas Cook & TC Travel the concept was very well accepted in SOTC. The teams are now conducting AHM where Regional Managers meet the employees and explain the agenda of the meet. The whole intent is to connect with the teams where they talk about goals, targets or important updates, share wins and losses, have a small fun activity. The best part is they are free to share new and innovative ideas. Also the regional head thanked all the employees for their participation. Here\u2019s a glimpse of their amazing meet.<\/p>\n

Another feather in our cap, another account won by Thomas Cook \u2013 Cairn. It was time to bring Cain on board with some fanfare. A Roadshow was organised at our Gurgaon location. Travel related quizzes and games were played with the employees, who were rewarded with some exciting gifts. At the Selfie counters, travel related hashtags were given to employees for some amazing clicks.\u00a0 It was a day filled with fun\u00a0 and enjoyment.<\/p>\n

Ltd.\u00a0 Spot Award is internal and given to company associates for exceptional performance by respective departments. \u00a0This is the first time that JDA has selected an associate from a partner. \u00a0Amir has been recognized by the Consulting Team for this award for his dedication and commitment.
