As we are all aware, the Thomas Cook India family grew nearly two-fold last year after adding Kuoni Travel (India) Pvt Ltd., both inbound and outbound business divisions, i.e. Sita and SOTC respectively, and also Kuoni Hong Kong. From the earlier base of 3200, we are now truly a powerhouse of strength having over 6000 members.<\/span><\/p>\n We have now embarked on a\u00a0journey of collaboration and synergies, which will herald a new era of growth. We will\u00a0now focus on identifying new avenues of growing our businesses and revenues to scale new heights. Although we continue to operate in the market under different brands, at the same time we are \u00a0leveraging our strengths in terms of operating processes and automation, which can be shared across the companies to delight our customers and internal stakeholders too.<\/span><\/p>\n SSC will be operating on the service level agreement (SLA) concept and hence, we expect faster processing times in all processes under SSC.
