SOTC values its women, and International Women’s day was celebrated on 8th March 2017 at its offices. To recognise the contribution of women to the company, a commemorative badge was given to all female employees in SOTC, as is the usual custom. The badge aptly says “I inspire”. In Bangalore, women bonded over a celebratory lunch. A Pan India conference call was conducted by the TCIL group where selected women, including Mona Cheriyan, President & Group Head Human Resources, shared their inspiring stories of success with us.
