We value our drivers and appreciate their contribution to the organization. Keeping this in mind we organized a training session for them at Sita, in August. Spread across three weekends, 56 drivers were trained and sensitized on soft skills and client interaction.
The training was conducted by an external agency, as well as in-house specialists.
