SOTC conducted a two day interactive training workshop for 86 of SOTC’s Tour Managers at Chakan, Pune on 15th and 16th February 2019. In the interactive sessions, the Tour Mangers discussed the changes they see in their role and SOTC’s expectations of its Tour Managers. Through intense sessions, Tour Managers were given guidance in customer dealing and building interpersonal connections with their customers. An insightful session on ways to understand how to createa lifetime experience for your customer was driven by the L&D Team. The Training was a success, empowering Tour Managers with the necessary social skills to enhance holiday experiences for our valued customers.
