The Annual SOTC Tour Manager training was conducted from 10th-15th March 2017 at Worli. The training saw, for the first time, a spin on its format, with Senior Tour Managers from the team as well as the Product team conducting the training.
About 115 Tour Managers across destinations were trained. Every destination was given the required focus. As the training was led by the Tour Managers it brought in a sense of ownership and accountability to make it work. The modules were very interactive with practically every single Tour Manager enthusiastically responding to questions and taking part in various discussions. Overall, this training was a fruitful and productive one indeed.
