Ms. Sraboni Sengupta was down in Sri Lanka to conduct training for our staff. Three workshops were held dealing with different topics over a three day span.
The first workshop was on how to adopt to change. To keep up with the market, change is inevitable in a business. Innovation, new strategies and advances in technology are imperative for success. The staff found it informative and interesting, and the feedback was encouraging.
The second workshop dealt with consultative selling for the staff who handled the sales aspect of the company.
On the final day, the training was for young managers. How to become a better manager was conveyed through games and interactive sessions, and for the participants, it turned out to be both educative and fun!
