The Times Travel Awards is a recognition of companies who transform travel into a memorable experience – that celebrate excellence while setting benchmarks for highest standards of service and innovation. The top award conferred on Thomas Cook India under the Travel Agents & Operators category, acknowledges Thomas Cook India’s transformation of the industry with its innovative products, services, processes and practices.
The selection process consisted of a thorough analysis of the company’s products and services, innovations and systems, and was judged by a panel of subject matter experts, appointed by Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd (BCCL).
