Our GM Sumaira Isaacs recently sat down with TERRAEVENTS to share her perspective on how Gulf Dunes has been managing disruption across the region, from keeping clients and partners informed in real time, to ensuring the safe return of visitors in our care, to staying operationally ready for when business resumes. As Sumaira puts it: “DMCs play a crucial role in helping destinations regain confidence after periods of disruption. Our responsibility is not only operational but also communicative.”
The GCC has shown resilience before, and we are confident it will again. What carries us through, in the meantime, is the strength of partnerships built on trust, honest communication, and a shared commitment to the industry.
