A special two hour Sales training on grasping the core competencies in driving sales was conducted by the Learning and Development team at SOTC – Zarine Mathias & Shrijani Ravi – in Chakkan, Pune. The training focused on digging deeper into the sales process at SOTC, and empowering the Sales team to connect with customers.
The training revolved around the 4 E’s to selling with Connect– Empathize, Educate, Empower and Engage. Daniel D’souza, Head Sales – India and NRI markets, set the stage explaining what each word meant to the customer. It then saw a session through which the participants shared experiences of their most successful sales and their learning experiences through them. It brought home the message of how connecting with the customer is the key to developing a long-term and powerful relationship, which in turn leads to building customer loyalty.
